We start by implementing your "wish list" with a practical design by gathering as much information as possible. Then we present drawings to interpret your vision and determine a budget. Upon approval of the design and pricing, we move forward with a contract containing all the details and complete the design process, this may take several meetings to refine your design. Our design, fabrication and finishing team are all involved in the installation of your investment. We understand every part and process. we assemble your project in your home to a superior level of quality. Only a small shop can offer this level of service. If certain adjustments need to be made we have a complete shop to handle any situation and keep the job on schedule. Project management over our loyal tradesman insures the proper order of progress with electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other trades.
It's like the icing on the cake! Unlike our competitors we use the off-cuts of your cabinetry for the color samples, although wood can have color variation this eliminates many errors. We will also "tone in" color
so to match any inconsistencies. the process starts with a choice of 160 color choices with 3 sheens. wood is stained, sealed and top coated. for cabinetry requiring color (paint) we always use maple as a sub-straight because of it's superior durability, any color can be matched. All finishes are non-toxic and water based, We have always been committed to offer superior products that our health conscious.
A timeline is established to schedule all stages of the project. Your invited to visit the shop to see the progress. Materials are ordered and when received, are carefully inspected. While the work is cut, machined and assembled, careful attention is paid to ensure that wood grain and color match. Much attention is also paid to sanding before the finish is applied to eliminate imperfections, this process is unlikely with manufactured cabinetry. All plywood's and solids have NO added formaldehyde milled in a sustainable process.
